About Powermac Droughtmasters
Since 2005, Powermac Droughtmasters has been producing top-line progeny through its stud breeding program. However, the execution of commercial Bull breeding success has been operational since 2003. This success has included clients from areas ranging from Richmond to Croydon.
With its original blood-lines sourced from Medway, Glen Ruth and Wallace Vale studs, productivity is on the constant increase with specific attention paid to fertility as well as temperament, physical structure and hardiness. Garth and Maureen pride themselves on the consistent gentle nature blended with high performance success of their entire herd, especially their sale bulls.
Based at Merriula Station, Richmond, Garth and Maureen have a diverse mix of breeding country including river channels and Mitchell downs near Julia Creek to sandy forest country in the north. This variety of grazing has only highlighted the adaptability of Powermac Droughtmasters and the strict guidelines followed to breed ultimate compatability within the herd.
